Andy is an ex attorney/solicitor who made the transition from law into business over 30 years ago. He has owned and led businesses in South Africa, the United States, South-East Asia and Australia.
Julian is the Director of Industry Partners (ANZ) at Buildxact, where he works closely with industry partners and builders across the residential construction sector.
With more than seven years at Buildxact, Julian focuses on helping builders use technology to simplify estimating, improve job management, and make better business decisions. He regularly appears as a guest speaker on industry webinars and events, sharing practical, real-world insights that support builders to work more efficiently, improve profitability, and build stronger, more sustainable businesses.
With over 14 years of experience in the building industry, Vanessa has worked with some of Australia’s largest builders and is also a trade business owner. She is currently the Head of Customer Success & Experience at HazardCo, where she helps builders and trades simplify and improve their health and safety processes using the HazardCo Hub and App.
