He later founded Kaizen Business Development, specialising in coaching builders.
A strong believer in continuous improvement, he’s learned that self-awareness and personal responsibility are key to achieving meaningful results in both business and life.
Hill is the Co-founder of BuilderPad, a construction management platform built to improve communication and transparency for custom home builders and their clients.
With over 20 years in the construction industry, Hill previously led Dickerson Hearth Products, a successful distribution business serving thousands of builders and homeowners across North Carolina. In 2022, he sold the company to focus fully on BuilderPad and his mission to simplify the building process through smarter technology.
