What is the survey?

The State of Residential Construction Industry (SORCI) survey is the largest survey for custom home builders. The survey is commissioned by the Association of Professional Builders (APB) for the purposes of gathering data from residential builders across the United States, Australia, Canada and New Zealand to present industry insights and emerging trends in the annual SORCI Report.

What is the Association of Professional Builders (APB)?

APB is a coaching company that provides business training and resources exclusively for residential home building companies. In particular, the owners and directors of small and medium-sized construction companies looking to systemise their businesses, grow their margins and/or their sales revenue and transform this industry.
